'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started with a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Paris. Established by the Taylor family in 1985, we began as a quaint, family-operated shop, maintaining recipes passed on for generations.
Emily Taylor, our trailblazing founder, acquired her pizza-crafting skills during her trips across Italy, absorbing techniques from expert pizzaiolos in Naples—where pizza was conceived. After her return to the UK, she devoted herself to replicating the essence of genuine Italian pizza, favoring age-old traditions and top-notch ingredients.
Starting as a cozy 12-seat eatery, we've evolved into a cherished pillar of the locality, yet our dedication to excellence and genuineness remains steadfast. We persistently utilize traditional wood-burning ovens, prepare our dough from scratch every day, and choose the best possible ingredients.
To this day, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria is still under the proprietary care of the Taylor lineage, with progeny at the helm of our earnest crew. Despite integrating some contemporary updates, our core remains: crafting delectable, real pizza that unites our community.
